Real estate photography Packages
Bonze Package: Includes interior, exterior and aerial photographs that are professionally edited and delivered in 24 hours from the time the photos are taken and are available as a digital download. I use a unique blend of ambient and flash photographs that will correct any colour casts from different light sources but still preserves the natural light and shadows from windows. The final product has a more natural feel and accurately capture the room without any over stretching. Price varies by the size of the property.
Silver Package: The Silver package includes everything in the Bronze Package but also includes RMS measurements so you don’t have to do it yourself. The measurement of properties is done accurately and to RMS standards as set by the Real Estate Council of Alberta. The completed measurements are done on a computer for readability as shown in the picture above. Completed measurements will be available within 48 hours of the session.
Gold Package: Gold package includes everything in the Silver Package with the addition of floorplans. Floorplans are available through a third party app. Floorplans are a nice addition to your listing and adds a level of professionalism. The measurements are accurate but not guaranteed.
